I'm so glad I checked this tonight. So that I can tell you that nothing is wrong with you. You are having another crazy week. Keep it up. One pound at a time is fine. Tomorrow is a new day.
Hey Rachel, I hope you don't think it's weird that I am commenting on this, but I am SO with you and am glad you are writing about it. I relate to so many of the things you talk about - always vowing at night that tomorrow will be different, making crazy promises to yourself about diet and exercise, and then falling off the wagon hard. I was so unhealthy in high school and do a lot better now but still struggle to have a good balance and to not go to extremes. I did great last week and then HORRIBLE the last three or four days - when I am stressed or tired - especially both - it all goes out the window.
Just remember that lasting change is gradual. You'll probably have up weeks and down weeks, but I am impressed that you are trying and am glad you are open about it, I think about it often and it's inspiring me to try harder. You can do it!
You can do it RACH!! I gained a pound last week too. And it's okay to have a treat every now and then. You've got to find that one treat that does it for that is only a few points. Weight Watcher.com has som great recipes. Just stick with it!

I know how you feel, but like Sara said, tomorrow is another day. Small steps. You can do it. :)
